Court & Probation Referrals

Clear Path offers structured programs designed for court-referred and probation-directed participants.

Programs provide:

  • Structured participation
  • Documented attendance
  • Defined completion criteria
  • Formal verification documentation upon fulfillment

Programs are educational and non-clinical in nature.

Participants are responsible for confirming program approval with their referring authority when required.

Individual Enrollment

Individuals may enroll into the next scheduled program cohort.

Anger Management enrollments are group-based and follow an 8-week structured cohort schedule.

Life Skills & Structured Monitoring enrollments follow a defined 60-day term with scheduled sessions.

Enrollment is not rolling and is not self-paced.
