Participants enroll into a scheduled monthly cohort and complete the program within a fixed 8-week term. This is not a drop-in class and not a self-paced online course.

Sessions are live and instructor-led.

This program is appropriate for court-referred participants, probation-directed enrollment, employer-directed participation, and voluntary individuals seeking structured anger management education.
